Highland’s Annual Holiday Lights

FreeHighlands 2021 Holiday Lights Contest is a great way to show off your Community pride and Light up Highlands, this coming holiday season.
This contest is open to any residential home within the Highlands Borough limits.
Categories to be judged:
Best Theme
Best Traditional
Most Lights
Best Townhouse/Duplex/Apartment
